Background of Participation
The Japan Association for Cellular Agriculture (JACA), a research organization for cell-based foods , held its inaugural meeting on May 22, 2023. A large number of companies and academic institutions from Japan and abroad have joined JACA. Each company and organization has its own background of participation. We would like to share some of the responses we received regarding their current efforts in cellular agriculture, future prospects, and expectations for the organization.
