I’m honored to be speaking at the “Regulating the Future of Food Conference” taking place on 29–30 October 2025 at RAI Amsterdam.

JACA’s session will be on 29 October, 10:50–11:00 (local time).

We will share insights from Japan on the regulation and innovation of cellular agriculture, and how we can collaboratively shape the future of food.
