Japan Association for Cellular Agriculture (JACA) will be speaking at a lecture hosted by the Japan Policy School on Wednesday, September 9, 2026,
titled “Trends and Necessary Measures for Establishing a New Industry Based on cultivated food”

This lecture will provide an overview of the technical principles of cultivated food, global research and industry trends,
and regulatory challenges in Japan, while also examining their potential from the perspectives of food security and the creation of new industries.
We will discuss the future food system pioneered by food tech and the role Japan should play.
