Former JACA Intern Explores High School Students’ Acceptance of Cell-Based Foods: Insights from a Survey of 808 Respondents

A second-year high school student at Senzoku Gakuen Junior and Senior High School, who previously participated in JACA’s internship program, has completed a full-scale research paper on the social acceptance of cell-based foods.

Designed and conducted by a high school student for peers of the same generation, this study offers valuable insights into how society may come to accept cellular agriculture. JACA is delighted to see that the student’s internship experience has inspired further research and helped expand the circle of interest in this field.
