Representative Yoshitomi to Speak at the 2025 KoSFoST International Symposium and Annual Meeting – Pioneering Future Connections in Food Tech (July 2–4)

The 2025 KoSFoST International Symposium and Annual Meeting will take place from Wednesday, July 2 to Friday, July 4 at the Kimdaejung Convention Center in Gwangju, South Korea.

This year’s theme, “Pioneering Future Connections in Food Tech,” highlights the latest innovations and sustainable solutions that are transforming the food industry. The event will explore the future of food through the integration of AI, IoT, and blockchain technologies.

KoSFoST stands for The Korean Society of Food Science and Technology. It is a South Korean academic organization that brings together experts, researchers, and industry professionals in the fields of food science and food engineering.

Founded in 1968, KoSFoST aims to promote research and facilitate information exchange across diverse areas including food safety, functionality, and technological innovation.
